When the biogas desulfurizer changes from gray black to khaki, the regeneration process is completed. If the self-made desulfurizer is regenerated twice, replace it with a new one.
It is worth noting that when the biogas digester is discharged from the water pressure, the inlet pipe of the biogas desulfurizer is pulled out. Avoid negative pressure in the biogas digester, and quickly return a large amount of air from the outlet pipe to the biogas desulfurizer. At this time, the desulfurizer will undergo a severe regeneration (oxidation) process, and the chemical reaction will produce a relatively high temperature.
After a period of use, the desulfurizer in the desulfurizer will become black, lose its activity, reduce the desulfurization effect, and may also knot, increasing the resistance of biogas transmission. In serious cases, biogas will be blocked and cannot pass through. At this time, the desulfurizer is regenerated.
Regeneration method: take out the deactivated desulfurizer, and stack it evenly and loosely in a flat, clean and sunny ventilated place, and often turn over the desulfurizer to make it fully contact with the air for oxidative regeneration. When the moisture content of the desulfurizer is low, the diluted alkali solution can be evenly spray to accelerate the regeneration speed and shorten the regeneration time. Generally, it can be used in the desulfurizer after about a month. Desulfurizer can be regenerated once or twice.
