原理：酸式生物脫硫工藝為生物滴濾池工藝。沼氣進(jìn)入脫硫塔后，在塔內(nèi)微生物、氧氣和循環(huán)水的作用下完成H2S的吸收和降解，凈化后的氣體從塔頂排出。微生物塔內(nèi)附著生長(zhǎng)，非游離態(tài)。

After entering the desulfurization tower, biogas is absorbed and degraded by microorganisms, oxygen, and circulating water inside the tower, and the purified gas is discharged from the top of the tower. 一、適用范圍：
1、 Applicable scope:
①沼氣中H2S含量為500ppm-6000ppm，若H2S含量為500ppm-3000ppm效果更佳；H2S含量為3500ppm-6000ppm堿式的成本更低；②產(chǎn)氣原料為油性或者非油性均可；③用途為集中供氣和普通用氣；

二、生物脫硫系統(tǒng)能夠確保脫硫后的沼氣中硫化氫含量≤ 20ppm，去除率達(dá)到 99%以上，很少有單質(zhì)S產(chǎn)生；塔內(nèi)惰性填料孔隙率高、阻力小，當(dāng)進(jìn)氣H2S含量＜4000ppm，1-2年需要清洗填料；進(jìn)氣H2S含量＞4000ppm，則半年清洗填料；三、營(yíng)養(yǎng)液的pH值維持在1.5左右，通過控制溶解氧（DO）即可維持。運(yùn)行溫度為30℃
