沼氣提純是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,有一整套的系統(tǒng)工藝,就目前市面上工藝情況,主要有吸收法、變壓吸附法、低溫冷凝法、膜分離法等,不同工藝要求及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也有差異,其中膜分離技術(shù)是目前世界上效率和效果TOP1好的沼氣提純技術(shù),凈化提純后的氣體能達(dá)到并網(wǎng)天然氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn),國(guó)內(nèi)大部分采用的是脫硫、脫水等凈化工藝,不是真正意義上的提純,沒(méi)有提高甲烷的濃度,并且經(jīng)過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)未經(jīng)提純使用的沼氣,是存在非常大的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

膜分離沼氣提純技術(shù)是目前可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)的沼氣提純工藝之一,我我們采用日本UBE公司的高性能氣體分離膜通過(guò)此工藝技術(shù)甲烷的純度可達(dá)到95%~97%,二氧化碳純度及回收率可達(dá)85%~99.9%,另外還可分離回收單質(zhì)硫,是未來(lái)沼氣提純深度利用的主流工藝。膜法氣體分離工藝分為一級(jí)和二級(jí)膜處理工藝,能滿足目前沼氣提純及國(guó)際凈化提純的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,諸如天然氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、車(chē)用天然氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。
Membrane separation biogas purification technology is one of the reliable and economical biogas purification processes at present. We adopt the high-performance gas separation membrane of UBE company in Japan. Through this process, the purity of methane can reach 95% ~ 97%, and the purity and recovery of carbon dioxide can reach 85% ~ 99.9%. In addition, it can separate and recover elemental sulfur, which is the mainstream process for deep utilization of biogas purification in the future. Membrane gas separation process is divided into primary and secondary membrane treatment processes, which can meet the current national and international standards for biogas purification, such as natural gas standards, vehicle natural gas standards, etc.
