燃?xì)獍l(fā)電在我國(guó)已經(jīng)試運(yùn)營(yíng)多年，但是因?yàn)檫@樣或那樣的原因，現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展程度還遠(yuǎn)不理想，阻礙我們?nèi)細(xì)獍l(fā)電的發(fā)展到底還存在哪些制約因素？不要心急，我們接著慢慢看下去。
Gas-fired power generation has been in trial operation for many years in China, but for one reason or another, the development level is far from ideal. What are the constraints hindering the development of gas-fired power generation? Don't worry, let's go on slowly.
一.燃?xì)獍l(fā)電中心技術(shù)未完整控制，限制燃?xì)獍l(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)展目前，國(guó)內(nèi)制造企業(yè)與國(guó)外企業(yè)協(xié)作中在關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方面存在壁壘，對(duì)燃?xì)獍l(fā)電中心技術(shù)還不完整控制，主要表如今以下幾個(gè)方面：
1. The technology of gas power generation center is not under complete control, which limits the development of gas power generation industry. At present, there are barriers in key technology between domestic manufacturing enterprises and foreign enterprises, and the technology of gas power generation center is not under complete control. These are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1、燃機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)制造中熄滅器、透平葉片等熱部件完整依托進(jìn)口，開(kāi)展存在瓶頸。國(guó)內(nèi)制造企業(yè)固然可以制造、組裝燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組，但在整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)、熱部件資料制造以及冷卻和隔熱涂層等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方面尚未完成本質(zhì)性打破，燃機(jī)熄滅器、透平葉片等熱部件仍完整依托進(jìn)口。
1. In the design and manufacture of gas turbines, extinguishers, turbine blades and other thermal components rely entirely on imports, and there are bottlenecks in their development. Although domestic manufacturing enterprises can manufacture and assemble gas-fired generating units, they have not yet completed essential breakthrough in key technologies such as machine design, data manufacturing of thermal components, cooling and thermal insulation coatings. Thermal components such as gas turbine extinguishers and turbine blades are still completely dependent on imports.
2、整機(jī)檢修維護(hù)依賴(lài)原廠商，維修費(fèi)用昂貴。受設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)制造中心技術(shù)不控制的限制，國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)整機(jī)檢修維護(hù)中心技術(shù)控制不深、不透，機(jī)組檢修維護(hù)、改造晉級(jí)、部件改換等都依賴(lài)原廠商，主要部件發(fā)作毛病需返廠檢修，檢修維護(hù)費(fèi)用昂貴。
2. The maintenance of the whole machine depends on the original manufacturer, and the maintenance cost is expensive. Limited by the technical uncontrollability of the equipment design and manufacturing center, the technical control of the whole machine maintenance center in China is not deep and thorough. The maintenance, upgrading and replacement of the units are all dependent on the original manufacturer.
3、機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中熄滅參數(shù)不能自主調(diào)整，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平安存在隱患。熄滅調(diào)整為原廠商的中心技術(shù)，必需由原廠商停止。燃機(jī)發(fā)電企業(yè)沒(méi)有控制整機(jī)熄滅調(diào)整的規(guī)范和參數(shù)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)人員不能經(jīng)過(guò)熄滅自動(dòng)調(diào)整確保機(jī)組在熄滅脈動(dòng)小和在排放佳點(diǎn)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，不利于有效控制平安情況和展開(kāi)異常診斷、剖析。
3. The extinguishing parameters of the unit can not be adjusted independently, and there are hidden dangers in the safe operation of the unit. Extinguishing is the central technology of the original manufacturer, which must be stopped by the original manufacturer. Gas turbine power generation enterprises do not control the norms and parameters of the whole machine extinction adjustment. Operators can not automatically adjust the extinction to ensure that the unit operates at the minimum extinction pulsation and the optimum emission point, which is not conducive to effectively control the safety situation and carry out abnormal diagnosis and analysis.
二.燃?xì)獍l(fā)電設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)制造質(zhì)量存在問(wèn)題，影響機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)牢靠性近年來(lái)，國(guó)內(nèi)燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組存在設(shè)計(jì)制造質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，壓氣機(jī)、熄滅器及熱通道部件、發(fā)電機(jī)、燃?xì)庀到y(tǒng)等毛病多發(fā),尤以F 級(jí)機(jī)組較為突出。
2. There are problems in the design and manufacture quality of gas-fired power generation equipment, which affect the reliability of unit operation. In recent years, there are problems in the design and manufacture of domestic gas-fired power generation units. Compressor, extinguisher and heat channel components, generators, gas systems and other faults occur frequently, especially in class F units.
三.機(jī)組性能不能完整順應(yīng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)請(qǐng)求和環(huán)境條件，影響設(shè)備壽命我國(guó)燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組大局部引進(jìn)國(guó)外技術(shù)，不能完整順應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境，設(shè)備維修周期和運(yùn)用壽命相應(yīng)縮短。
3. Unit performance can not fully comply with operation requirements and environmental conditions, affecting equipment life. Most of the gas-fired generating units in China import foreign technology, can not fully comply with domestic operation mode and operation environment, and equipment maintenance cycle and operation life are shortened accordingly.
四.燃?xì)獍l(fā)電無(wú)序開(kāi)展問(wèn)題較為突出，自然氣供給與發(fā)電不諧和有關(guān)項(xiàng)目審批單位、自然氣供給企業(yè)、電力調(diào)度機(jī)構(gòu)、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電企業(yè)在燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組裝機(jī)容量與自然氣供給量、發(fā)電用氣量與發(fā)電量、供氣方式與電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰等方面沒(méi)有有效銜接，發(fā)電、供氣存在不諧和現(xiàn)象。
4. Unorderly development of gas-fired power generation is a prominent problem. There is no effective connection between the installed capacity of gas generating units and the supply of natural gas, power dispatching agencies and gas-fired power generating enterprises, and between the installed capacity of gas generating units and the supply of natural gas, the consumption of generating gas and the output of generating electricity, the mode of supplying gas and peak shaving of power grid.
