1.液位檢測儀表
1. Level measuring instrument
液位檢測儀表是沼氣工程 控制系統(tǒng)常用僅表,早期液位檢測大多采用純機械式儀表,如今已普遍采用浸透了電子技術的機電一體液位檢測儀表。
Liquid level detection instrument is a common meter in the control system of biogas engineering. In the early stage, pure mechanical instrument was mostly used for liquid level detection. Now, electromechanical level detection instrument immersed in electronic technology has been widely used.
液位檢測儀表按丈量方式可分為連續(xù)丈量和限位丈量兩類。限位丈量儀表可稱液位開關,當液位處于設定位置時發(fā)出相應的開關信號,它在沼氣工程自動控制中有諸多應用。
The liquid level measuring instruments can be divided into two categories: continuous measurement and limit measurement. Limit measuring instrument can be called liquid level switch. When the liquid level is in a set position, it sends out the corresponding switch signal. It has many applications in the automatic control of biogas engineering.

2. Turbidity Detector
濁度是沼氣工程出水水質(zhì)指標之一。濁度檢測儀根據(jù)光學辦法,以一定強度和波長的光映照被測液體,用光敏元件在恰當位置以恰當?shù)慕嵌葋頇z測透射光或散射光的強度,不同的光強惹起光敏元件產(chǎn)生不同的電信號,經(jīng)變送器轉(zhuǎn)換為與濁度值對應的規(guī)范電信號輸出。
Turbidity is one of the effluent quality indexes of biogas project. According to the optical method, the turbidity detector reflects the measured liquid with a certain intensity and wavelength of light, detects the intensity of transmitted light or scattered light with the photosensitive element at an appropriate position and at an appropriate angle. Different light intensity causes the photosensitive element to produce different electrical signals, which are converted to the standard electrical signal output corresponding to the turbidity value by the transmitter.
3.固體懸浮物/污泥濃度檢測儀表
3. Solid Suspension/Sludge Concentration Detector
固體懸浮物/污泥濃度檢測儀表的檢測原理與濁度檢測儀表類似,可用于沼氣工程進、出水的固體懸浮物的檢測。此儀表需設置清洗光學丈量部件的安裝。正式運用前,應在實驗室用蒸餾法獲取丈量點水樣的固體懸浮物(或污泥)的真實濃度,以此對儀表停止標定。
The detection principle of solid suspended solids/sludge concentration detector is similar to turbidity detector. It can be used to detect solid suspended solids in inlet and outlet water of biogas project. The instrument needs to be installed with cleaning optical measuring parts. Before formal application, the real concentration of solid suspended solids (or sludge) in measured water samples should be obtained by distillation method in the laboratory so as to stop the calibration of the instrument.
4.PH檢測儀表
4. PH Testing Instrument
PH檢測儀表的傳感器,可由丈量電極和參比電板組成復合電極,丈量電極通常采用PH玻璃電極,由于擴散作用,被測液體中的氫離子進入玻璃電極的球泡薄膜內(nèi)部,在里面的電極上構成一定電位,參比電極提供一個與被測液體PH無關的恒定電位,經(jīng)過檢測丈量電極和參比電極之間的電位差,便可肯定被測液體的PH。
The sensor of PH measuring instrument can be composed of measuring electrode and reference plate. The measuring electrode usually adopts PH glass electrode. Because of diffusion, the hydrogen ions in the measured liquid enter into the bulb film of the glass electrode and form a certain potential on the inner electrode. The reference electrode provides a constant potential independent of the measured liquid PH. After testing the measuring electrode and the reference plate, the hydrogen ions in the measured liquid enter into the bulb film of the glass electrode. By referring to the potential difference between the electrodes, the PH of the measured liquid can be determined.
5.沼氣成分檢測儀表
5. Biogas Composition Detection Instrument
目前,國內(nèi)外對沼氣、生物自然氣制取過程中的氣體成分檢測多采用紅外(NDIR)、色譜(GC)、質(zhì)譜(MS)氣體剖析技術。這些技術在實踐應用中存在不同的局限:GC運用需求載氣和耗材,響應時間長,性請求高;MS價錢昂貴,維護本錢高,操作復雜。NDIR剖析儀操作簡單,無耗材,但不能剖析對稱構造無極性雙原子分子(O2、N2、H2)氣體,因而通常與電化學傳感器配合工作。
At present, infrared (NDIR), gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometry (MS) are widely used to detect gas components in the process of biogas and biogas production at home and abroad. These technologies have different limitations in practical application: GC needs carrier gas and consumables, long response time, high professional requirements; MS is expensive, high maintenance cost and complex operation. NDIR analyzer is simple to operate and has no consumables, but it can not analyse symmetrically structured non-polar diatomic molecules (O2, N2, H2) gas, so it usually works with electrochemical sensors.
