2015年,我國沼氣發(fā)展進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)期,支持建設(shè)規(guī)?;锾烊粴忭?xiàng)目,2015年全國建設(shè)25個(gè),2016年全國建設(shè)22個(gè),沼氣提純生物天然氣技術(shù)迎來新的發(fā)展契機(jī),項(xiàng)目要求日產(chǎn)天然氣10000 m3以上,每小時(shí)處理沼氣量應(yīng)在700 m3以上,化學(xué)吸收和變壓吸附技術(shù)能滿足項(xiàng)目要求。四川某公司研發(fā)的沼氣提純專用吸附劑,解決了變壓吸附法甲烷損失大的缺點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步降低了運(yùn)行成本,甲烷回收率超過99%,CH4含量97%~99%,能夠滿足沼氣提純的要求。該技術(shù)已在貴州省茅臺(tái)生態(tài)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)示范園生物天然氣及生物肥項(xiàng)目上應(yīng)用(2015年生物天然氣試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一)。
