由于生物天然氣可以直接用作石化天然氣的替代燃料，因此沼氣凈化技術的發(fā)展已成為增加天然氣供應的重要方向。此外，石油價格上漲，許多人都為不斷增加的駕駛成本而感嘆。目前，沼氣脫硫凈化技術使得低成本駕駛不再是夢想。該技術不僅可以使沼氣直接替代汽油作為車用燃料，而且具有比汽油更好的抗爆性能，沼氣提純可以有效地增加能源供應。

Since biological natural gas can be directly used as an alternative fuel for Petrochemical Natural gas, the development of biogas purification technology has become an important direction to increase the supply of natural gas. In addition, with the rise of oil prices, many people lament the increasing driving costs. At present, biogas desulfurization and purification technology makes low-cost driving no longer a dream. This technology can not only make biogas directly replace gasoline as vehicle fuel, but also has better anti explosion performance than gasoline. Biogas purification can effectively increase energy supply.

用于凈化的沼氣來源廣泛，主要來自有機廢物厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生的沼氣和垃圾填埋場產(chǎn)生的垃圾填埋氣。沼氣經(jīng)過脫水，除塵，脫硫后，可通過物理或化學方法有效去除沼氣中的CO2，使沼氣中甲烷含量提高到95%以上。雜質(zhì)氣體的熱值和質(zhì)量符合天然氣和車輛壓縮天然氣的標準。純化的天然氣可以用作車用氣體，工業(yè)用氣體或城市用氣體。

Biogas for purification comes from a wide range of sources, mainly from biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation of organic waste and landfill gas produced by landfill. After dehydration, dust removal and desulfurization of biogas, CO2 in biogas can be effectively removed by physical or chemical methods to increase the methane content in biogas to more than 95%. The calorific value and quality of impurity gas meet the standards of natural gas and vehicle compressed natural gas. Purified natural gas can be used as vehicle gas, industrial gas or urban gas.

沼氣提純方法很多，包括高壓水洗，變壓吸附(PSA)，物理和化學吸附以及膜凈化。凈化過程因凈化方法而異，但目的是去除二氧化碳，硫化氫，蒸汽等氣體，以增加沼氣中的甲烷含量，提高燃燒效率，減少污染。

There are many methods for biogas purification, including high-pressure water washing, pressure swing adsorption (PSA), physical and chemical adsorption and membrane purification. The purification process varies with purification methods, but the purpose is to remove carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, steam and other gases, so as to increase the methane content in biogas, improve combustion efficiency and reduce pollution.
