1.沼氣經(jīng)濕法脫硫塔處理后,應布氣均勻,出口處應設置硫化氫在線監(jiān)測儀,精確顯示硫化氫濃度,脫硫后硫化氫含量控制在100ppm以下。

2.脫硫貧液經(jīng)由脫硫塔頂部設置的噴淋布液裝置進入塔頂,沼氣由塔底進入塔體,沼氣與脫硫液在塔內及調料層間充分接觸,沼氣中的硫化氫被脫硫液完全吸收,吸收硫化氫后的脫硫富液進入富液槽,,脫硫后的沼氣脫硫后的沼氣由脫硫塔
2. Desulfurization lean liquid enters the tower top through the spray liquid distribution device set at the top of the desulfurization tower, and the biogas enters the tower body from the bottom of the tower. The biogas and desulfurization liquid are fully contacted in the tower and between the feeding layers. Hydrogen sulfide in the biogas is completely absorbed by the desulfurization liquid, and the desulfurization rich liquid after absorbing hydrogen sulfide enters the rich liquid tank. The biogas after desulfurization is desulfurized by the desulfurization tower
3.富液槽:脫離富液流入富液槽,富液在槽內短時緩存熟化。富液槽內設置水封器,對沼氣與循環(huán)系統(tǒng)進行分離

4.再生槽:反應槽,槽內設置噴射器,脫硫富液進行析硫反應,經(jīng)過尾管流進浮選筒,在浮選筒進一步氧化再生。為溶液的再生和硫泡沫的分離做準備。
4. Regeneration tank: reaction tank, in which an ejector is set, the desulfurization rich liquid conducts sulfur separation reaction, flows into the flotation cylinder through the tail pipe, and is further oxidized and regenerated in the flotation cylinder. Prepare for solution regeneration and sulfur foam separation.
5.貧液槽:再生后的脫硫液流入貧液槽緩存,由脫硫泵打入脫硫塔內進行脫硫反應。

6.泡沫槽:儲存硫泡沫,供后續(xù)硫處理系統(tǒng)使用。
